For some, Resilience is an attribute of life; for OC, he did not give up easily on anything he set his mind. There may be times when you must take a step back and reflect, but once knowledge has been obtained, the choice to get up again and fight reflects one's character.
Assertiveness demonstrates the ability to not only communicate what is needed but to do so in a respectful manner. You must be in control of your words and who you are.
Versatility is the ability to understand a given circumstance and adjust accordingly. Regardless of what came his way, OC found a new way to achieve it and get it done.
Educated individuals have an understanding of knowledge and are able to inform others on a specific topics. OC made sure that when he spoke, he knew exactly what he was talking about and if not, he corrected himself and continued to inform others.
